Approx 95 dwellings are currently being built by Bovis Homes on land opposite the entrance to Ifield golf course. Work first started in early 2017 and as of today, 17 May 2019, is still ongoing. The original planning application can be viewed HERE.

The site was originally farmland and can be seen marked on the aerial photo, below, which was taken on 11 July 2015
