Northgate playing fields
27 February 2019

Looking north east across the eastern end of the industrial area, Woodfield Road cuts the bottom right corner and Hazelwick flyover is right of centre

Looking due north across the industrial area towards Gatwick, the former GSK site is in the foreground. Faraday Road is running straight up the top left quarter of the picture.

Looking north west across the industrial area towards Gatwick, Green Lane is in the foreground

Another north western view, with a bit more west than north, Tushmore Lane is left of centre. The big circular building a quarter of the way down in the centre is the recycling centre, otherwise known as the dump, at County Oak with Cherry Lane playing fields to the left of it. Astral Towers is towards the top right, in front of the airport.

Looking west across Northgate towards Tushmore Roundabout, with Langley Green beyond. Sainsbury's is towards the top left.

Looking south west towards the Leisure Park (just right of centre) with Stoner House to it's left. Sainsburys is on the far right. The hospital is just about visible in the haze and sunlight

Looking south into the sun towards the Town Centre. The Mall is behind the college and the Telephone Exchange and Woodhall Duckams are easily picked out.

Looking south east across towards Three Bridges, the other side of a tree lined Northgate Avenue

Another south easterly view across Three Bridges. Paymaster is the white building above and just to the left of centre, with Three Bridges Playing Fields and Football Club in front and Commonwealth Drive estate, on the site of the former Leisure Centre, to it's right. The new sheds at the station are towards the top left, with Maidenbower beyond.

More easterly across Three Bridges. Iceland/Lidl is towards the left in front of the railway line.

Easterly across Three Bridges, with Tesco to the left and the office blocks along Hazelwick Avenue in the centre. Three Bridges Station and Iceland/Lidl are on the far right.

Hazelwick playing fields are in the centre, with the school to the right and Hazelwick roundabout and the Sandman hotel to the left. Milton Mount flats are towards the top right.
