The morning match of our Easter Monday double header was the local derby between Wick & Littlehampton. Whilst the scoreline was emphatic, it doesn't tell the whole story. Wick started the match with only 10 players and were reduced to 9 at half time due to injury. Littlehampton could, and perhaps should, have scored well into double figures, but wasteful finishing and personal desire appearing to take precedence over team effort meant they had to settle for seven. Credit to Wick players for making the best of their circumstances.
