36 dwellings have now been completed in Rusper Road, just before Ifield golf course. The planning application can be viewed HERE. The site was cleared during 2015, but building work didn't commence until early 2017.

7 existing houses were demolished to make way for the development on the site ringed in red on the satellite image below.
